We do not provide wellness services, employ practitioners, or act as an agent for practitioners. The contract for any service is between the customer and the practitioner directly. We provide the technology infrastructure, booking tools, payment processing facilitation, and platform features. We do not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>employ, partner with, or act as agent for practitioners<\/li>\n<li>verify, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any service<\/li>\n<li>represent that any practitioner holds specific qualifications or insurance, beyond what our verification processes have confirmed<\/li>\n<li>take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or completeness of practitioner listings<\/li>\n<li>provide wellness, health, therapeutic, or professional advice of any kind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our verification processes include email verification and an insurance verification workflow. We are not a regulatory body and do not guarantee that every practitioner holds all required qualifications or insurance for every service they offer. Customers should make their own enquiries where appropriate.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5. Our AI Tools<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM operates AI-powered tools, including a customer chat assistant and an onboarding support tool. These tools are informational and supportive in nature only.<\/p>\n<p>AI tools on BOOKSESH.COM do not provide medical, health, financial, legal, or professional advice. Responses are generated to assist with general queries about the platform, practitioners, and services. You should not make significant decisions based solely on AI-generated responses. Making a Booking<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 Selecting a service<\/h3>\n<p>Browse available practitioners and services. Practitioner profiles include service descriptions, pricing, availability, and any applicable cancellation policies. Please read these carefully before booking.<\/p>\n<h3>2.2 Booking confirmation<\/h3>\n<p>Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from BOOKSESH.COM. Until confirmation is sent, no booking exists.<\/p>\n<h3>2.3 Practitioner acceptance<\/h3>\n<p>Some practitioners operate an approval-based booking model. In these cases, your booking is provisional until the practitioner confirms acceptance. We will notify you of the outcome.<\/p>\n<h3>2.4 Accuracy of information<\/h3>\n<p>Please ensure that the information you provide at booking \u2014 including your contact details and any information requested by the practitioner \u2014 is accurate and complete. Pricing and Payments<\/h2>\n<h3>3.1 Prices shown<\/h3>\n<p>All prices shown are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The practitioner sets their own service prices. BOOKSESH.COM does not control or guarantee pricing beyond what is displayed at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<h3>3.2 Platform fee<\/h3>\n<p>A BOOKSESH.COM platform fee applies to each booking. This fee is displayed clearly at the checkout stage, before you complete your purchase. By completing your booking, you agree to the platform fee. The platform fee is non-refundable except in the circumstances described in our <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#platformfeepaymentterms\">Platform Fee &amp; Payment Terms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>3.3 Payment processing<\/h3>\n<p>Payments are processed securely by our regulated third-party payment service provider. By making a booking, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.<\/p>\n<h3>3.4 Payment failure<\/h3>\n<p>If your payment fails, your booking will not be confirmed. Cancellation requests are processed in accordance with the practitioner&#8217;s cancellation policy.<\/p>\n<h3>4.4 Platform fee on cancellation<\/h3>\n<p>The BOOKSESH.COM platform fee is non-refundable in all cancellation scenarios, except where cancellation is caused by a verified fault on BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s part. Practitioner Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM practitioners are independent businesses. They are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>delivering the services described in their listing<\/li>\n<li>holding appropriate qualifications, certifications, and insurance<\/li>\n<li>maintaining safe and suitable premises or conditions for service delivery<\/li>\n<li>setting and communicating their own cancellation and no-show policies<\/li>\n<li>handling any health or safety considerations relevant to their specific service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM does not verify that every practitioner holds all qualifications or insurance applicable to their services beyond our standard verification process. If you have specific requirements or concerns about a practitioner&#8217;s credentials, you should raise them directly with the practitioner before booking.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>6. No-Show Policy<\/h2>\n<p>If you do not attend a booked session without prior cancellation within the practitioner&#8217;s required notice period, the practitioner&#8217;s no-show policy applies. This is set by the practitioner and is visible on their profile. No-show charges, where applicable, are the practitioner&#8217;s decision.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7. Practitioner Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>If a practitioner cancels your booking, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of the service fee. The BOOKSESH.COM platform fee will also be refunded in this circumstance. We will assist you in finding an alternative practitioner where possible.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>8. The Two Components of Your Booking Payment<\/h2>\n<p>When you make a booking through BOOKSESH.COM, your payment has two components:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The service fee \u2014 paid to the practitioner for their service<\/li>\n<li>The BOOKSESH.COM platform fee \u2014 charged by BOOKSESH.COM for facilitating the booking<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These two components have different refund rules.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. Platform Fee \u2014 Non-Refundable<\/h2>\n<p>The BOOKSESH.COM platform fee is non-refundable in all standard circumstances. This is because the platform fee covers the booking facilitation services we provide at the time of booking \u2014 confirming your appointment, processing your payment, and maintaining your booking record \u2014 regardless of whether the session subsequently goes ahead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The platform fee will be refunded only if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BOOKSESH.COM is unable to process your booking due to a verified technical fault on our part<\/li>\n<li>A practitioner cancels your booking (see Section 5 below)<\/li>\n<li>We determine, at our sole discretion, that exceptional circumstances warrant a refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you believe a platform fee refund applies to your situation, please use our contact form at booksesh.com\/contact-us\/ with details of your booking and the reason for your request.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. Service Fee \u2014 Governed by the Practitioner&#8217;s Policy<\/h2>\n<p>The service fee (the amount paid to the practitioner) is subject to the practitioner&#8217;s own cancellation and refund policy, which is displayed on their profile and presented at checkout.<\/p>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM does not set or guarantee practitioner refund terms. Practitioners may offer full refunds, partial refunds, or no refunds depending on how much notice is given. You are responsible for reading the practitioner&#8217;s policy before booking.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation within the practitioner&#8217;s notice window If you cancel within the notice window specified by the practitioner and their policy allows a service fee refund, this will be processed to your original payment method within 5\u201310 business days.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation outside the practitioner&#8217;s notice window If you cancel too late, the practitioner&#8217;s policy may apply a cancellation fee or retain all or part of the service fee. By creating a practitioner account, listing services, or accepting bookings through BOOKSESH.COM, you agree to these Partner Terms, our <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#termsofservice\">Terms of Service<\/a>, and our <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#platformfeepaymentterms\">Platform Fee &amp; Payment Terms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please read these terms carefully before listing any services.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>1. Your Relationship With BOOKSESH.COM<\/h2>\n<p>You are an independent business operating on the BOOKSESH.COM marketplace. BOOKSESH.COM is a platform facilitator \u2014 not your employer, principal, partner, or agent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This means:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You set your own prices, services, and availability<\/li>\n<li>You are solely responsible for delivering your services<\/li>\n<li>You manage your own business, taxes, and regulatory obligations<\/li>\n<li>BOOKSESH.COM does not direct how you deliver your services<\/li>\n<li>You are not entitled to employment rights, benefits, or worker protections from BOOKSESH.COM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nothing in these Partner Terms or in your use of the BOOKSESH.COM platform creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and BOOKSESH.COM.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>To list services on BOOKSESH.COM, you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>be aged 18 or over<\/li>\n<li>be legally permitted to offer the services you list in the UK<\/li>\n<li>hold any qualifications, certifications, memberships, or licences required by law or professional standards for the services you provide<\/li>\n<li>hold valid and appropriate professional indemnity insurance (and any other applicable insurance) for all services you offer<\/li>\n<li>have completed BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s verification process, including email verification and any applicable insurance verification steps<\/li>\n<li>comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all eligibility requirements at all times. BOOKSESH.COM conducts a verification process but is not a regulatory body and cannot guarantee that your practice complies with all applicable requirements.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. Verification Process<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM operates a verification process for practitioners, which currently includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email verification \u2014 confirmation that your email address is valid and owned by you<\/li>\n<li>Insurance verification \u2014 a workflow to confirm that you hold appropriate insurance for the services you list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We may expand our verification process over time. Verification by BOOKSESH.COM does not constitute endorsement, certification, or a guarantee of your qualifications or service quality.<\/p>\n<p>You must notify us promptly if your insurance lapses, your qualifications change, or any other verified information changes.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>4. Listing Your Services<\/h2>\n<h3>4.1 Accuracy<\/h3>\n<p>All information in your practitioner profile and service listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. This includes service descriptions, prices, qualifications, location, and availability.<\/p>\n<h3>4.2 What you may list<\/h3>\n<p>You may list wellness, wellbeing, fitness, and complementary therapy services that you are qualified and insured to deliver.<\/p>\n<h3>4.3 What you must not list<\/h3>\n<p><strong>You must not list services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for which you do not hold required qualifications or insurance<\/li>\n<li>that make unsubstantiated health or medical claims<\/li>\n<li>that are illegal or regulated activities you are not authorised to perform<\/li>\n<li>that discriminate unlawfully against any person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4.4 Health claims<\/h3>\n<p>You must not make claims that your services diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition unless you hold the relevant regulated clinical qualification and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements for making such claims. General wellness and wellbeing language is acceptable; clinical or medical claims require appropriate qualification and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n<h3>4.5 Photography and content<\/h3>\n<p>You are responsible for ensuring that any images, videos, or other content you upload do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, do not contain inappropriate material, and accurately represent your services.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5. Your Cancellation and No-Show Policy<\/h2>\n<p>You are required to set a clear cancellation and no-show policy for your services. This policy must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>published clearly on your profile before customers book<\/li>\n<li>consistently applied to all customers<\/li>\n<li>fair and reasonable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are responsible for honouring your published cancellation policy. BOOKSESH.COM will enforce the policy you set.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>6. Delivering Your Services<\/h2>\n<p><strong>You are solely responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service delivery \u2014 delivering all booked services as described, at the agreed time and location<\/li>\n<li>Qualifications and insurance \u2014 holding all applicable qualifications, certifications, and insurance at all times you are accepting bookings<\/li>\n<li>Health and safety \u2014 ensuring your premises, equipment, and practices meet applicable health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Suitability assessment \u2014 assessing whether each service is appropriate for each individual client before providing it<\/li>\n<li>Data protection \u2014 managing any personal data about your clients in accordance with UK GDPR and your own privacy obligations as an independent data controller<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM is not responsible for the services you provide, for any harm or injury arising from those services, or for your failure to meet your professional obligations.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7. Platform Fees<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM charges a platform fee on each booking made through the platform. The platform fee structure is described in our <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#platformfeepaymentterms\">Platform Fee &amp; Payment Terms<\/a> and is displayed in your practitioner dashboard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You acknowledge that:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>platform fees are deducted from your gross booking value before payout<\/li>\n<li>platform fees may vary depending on your subscription plan<\/li>\n<li>platform fee rates are subject to change with 30 days&#8217; notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>8. Payouts<\/h2>\n<p>Your earnings (gross booking value less the platform fee) are paid out to your registered payout account on the schedule described in our <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#platformfeepaymentterms\">Platform Fee &amp; Payment Terms<\/a>. You are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>providing accurate and valid banking details for payout<\/li>\n<li>maintaining an active and valid payout account<\/li>\n<li>understanding and meeting your own tax obligations on income received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking details or payment provider processing times.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>9. Refunds and Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>If a customer is entitled to a service fee refund under your published cancellation policy, the refund will be deducted from your next payout. Where you have already been paid out and a refund is subsequently required, the amount may be deducted from future earnings or invoiced to you.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a chargeback initiated by a customer, you agree to cooperate with BOOKSESH.COM and our payment provider in resolving the dispute. BOOKSESH.COM may recover chargeback amounts and associated fees from your payout balance.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>10. Conduct and Community Standards<\/h2>\n<p><strong>You agree to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>treat all customers with respect and professionalism<\/li>\n<li>respond promptly to booking requests, messages, and customer queries<\/li>\n<li>not engage in discriminatory, harassing, or abusive conduct toward any customer or BOOKSESH.COM staff member<\/li>\n<li>not solicit customers to make bookings outside the platform to avoid platform fees, in breach of these terms<\/li>\n<li>not misuse the BOOKSESH.COM platform, systems, or other users&#8217; data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>11. Data Protection<\/h2>\n<p>As an independent practitioner, you are an independent data controller for the personal data of your clients. You are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>having your own privacy policy<\/li>\n<li>processing client data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018<\/li>\n<li>registering with the ICO if required<\/li>\n<li>not using client data obtained through BOOKSESH.COM for purposes unconnected to delivering booked services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where BOOKSESH.COM processes personal data on your behalf (for example, in managing your account), it does so as a data processor in accordance with our <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#privacypolicy\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. You may request a Data Processing Agreement from us via our contact form at booksesh.com\/partners\/support\/.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>12. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>You retain ownership of the content you upload to BOOKSESH.COM (service descriptions, images, etc.). You grant BOOKSESH.COM a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this content to display your listings, promote your services on the platform, and in BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s marketing materials.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>13. Suspension and Termination<\/h2>\n<h3>13.1 By you<\/h3>\n<p>You may close your practitioner account by contacting us via our contact form at booksesh.com\/partners\/support\/ with 30 days&#8217; notice, or immediately if you have no outstanding bookings. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.<\/p>\n<h3>13.2 By BOOKSESH.COM<\/h3>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM may suspend or terminate your practitioner account immediately if you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>breach these Partner Terms or our <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#termsofservice\">Terms of Service<\/a><\/li>\n<li>fail to maintain required insurance or qualifications<\/li>\n<li>receive substantiated complaints about unsafe practice<\/li>\n<li>engage in fraudulent conduct<\/li>\n<li>otherwise pose a risk to customers or the platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will generally provide notice of termination unless immediate suspension is required for safety or security reasons.<\/p>\n<h3>13.3 Outstanding bookings<\/h3>\n<p>If your account is terminated, we will contact affected customers and facilitate refunds where bookings cannot be honoured. You remain liable for any obligations arising from bookings made before termination.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>14. Indemnity<\/h2>\n<p>You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOOKSESH.COM, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your breach of these Partner Terms<\/li>\n<li>any service you provide or fail to provide<\/li>\n<li>any claim that content you uploaded infringes third-party rights<\/li>\n<li>your failure to hold required qualifications, insurance, or meet regulatory obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>15. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s liability to you as a practitioner is limited to the fees you have paid to BOOKSESH.COM in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>16. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n<p>We may update these Partner Terms from time to time. We will provide 30 days&#8217; notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>17. They form part of our <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#termsofservice\">Terms of Service<\/a> and should be read alongside our <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#refundcancellationpolicy\">Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/a> and, for practitioners, our <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#partnerpractitionerterms\">Partner &amp; Practitioner Terms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>1. How Payments Work on BOOKSESH.COM<\/h2>\n<p>When a customer books a service through BOOKSESH.COM:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The customer pays the total booking amount (service fee + platform fee) at checkout<\/li>\n<li>Payment is processed by our regulated third-party payment service provider<\/li>\n<li>The platform fee is deducted by BOOKSESH.COM<\/li>\n<li>The remaining amount (service fee) is held and paid out to the practitioner on the payout schedule below<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM acts as a commercial agent for the purposes of collecting payments. Payment collection is handled by a regulated payment service provider that complies with the Payment Services Regulations 2017.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. The Platform Fee<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 What the platform fee covers<\/h3>\n<p>The BOOKSESH.COM platform fee is charged per completed booking. It covers the cost of: booking infrastructure, payment processing facilitation, platform features, discovery tools, practitioner profile hosting, and customer support.<\/p>\n<h3>2.2 Fee display<\/h3>\n<p>The platform fee is displayed clearly at the checkout stage, before the customer confirms their booking. By completing a booking, the customer agrees to the displayed platform fee.<\/p>\n<h3>2.3 Fee rates<\/h3>\n<p>Platform fee rates depend on the practitioner&#8217;s subscription plan and are displayed in the practitioner dashboard and at customer checkout. Rates are subject to change with 30 days&#8217; notice to practitioners.<\/p>\n<h3>2.4 Non-refundable nature<\/h3>\n<p>The platform fee is non-refundable in all standard circumstances. It represents payment for platform services delivered at the point of booking, irrespective of whether the session subsequently takes place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The platform fee will be refunded to the customer only if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a practitioner cancels the booking<\/li>\n<li>a verified technical fault on BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s part prevented the booking from being properly processed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. Currency and Taxes<\/h2>\n<p>All transactions on BOOKSESH.COM are processed in GBP. Prices displayed are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Practitioners are solely responsible for accounting for their own income and taxes, including VAT obligations where applicable. BOOKSESH.COM does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for a practitioner&#8217;s tax compliance.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>4. Payment Processing<\/h2>\n<h3>4.1 Payment provider<\/h3>\n<p>All payments are processed by our regulated third-party payment service provider. By making a payment through BOOKSESH.COM, you agree to the payment provider&#8217;s terms of service in addition to these terms.<\/p>\n<h3>4.2 Payment security<\/h3>\n<p>We use industry-standard encryption and security measures for all transactions. It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to ensure their payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.<\/p>\n<h3>4.4 Fraud prevention<\/h3>\n<p>We monitor transactions for signs of fraudulent activity. Suspicious transactions may be held pending verification. We reserve the right to cancel transactions where fraud is suspected and to report such activity to relevant authorities.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5. Practitioner Payouts<\/h2>\n<h3>5.1 Payout schedule<\/h3>\n<p>Practitioner earnings (gross booking value less the platform fee) are released for payout within 3\u20137 working days of a booking being completed. The exact schedule is displayed in your practitioner dashboard and may be updated from time to time. This buffer period allows for cancellation processing and dispute resolution.<\/p>\n<h3>5.2 Payout method<\/h3>\n<p>Payouts are made to the practitioner&#8217;s registered bank account or connected payment account via our payment service provider. Practitioners are responsible for providing accurate and current payout account details.<\/p>\n<h3>5.3 Payout thresholds<\/h3>\n<p>Payouts are processed when your available balance meets the minimum threshold set by our payment provider. Balances below this threshold will accumulate until the threshold is met.<\/p>\n<h3>5.4 Payout failures<\/h3>\n<p>If a payout fails due to incorrect banking details or an issue with the practitioner&#8217;s payout account, BOOKSESH.COM will notify the practitioner. Unclaimed funds will be held subject to our payment provider&#8217;s terms and conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any further action is taken on your account balance.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>6. Refunds and Chargebacks<\/h2>\n<h3>6.1 Service fee refunds<\/h3>\n<p>Where a customer is entitled to a service fee refund under a practitioner&#8217;s cancellation policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the practitioner has not yet been paid out: the service fee is retained and refunded to the customer<\/li>\n<li>If the practitioner has already been paid out: the refund amount is deducted from the practitioner&#8217;s next payout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6.2 Practitioner cancellation refunds<\/h3>\n<p>Where a practitioner cancels a booking, the customer receives a full refund of both the service fee and the platform fee. The full amount is recovered from the practitioner&#8217;s pending or future payouts.<\/p>\n<h3>6.3 Chargebacks<\/h3>\n<p>If a customer initiates a payment chargeback with their card provider, BOOKSESH.COM will contest the chargeback where we have grounds to do so. Practitioners agree to cooperate with BOOKSESH.COM in providing information to support chargeback disputes. Chargeback fees imposed by the payment provider may be recovered from the practitioner&#8217;s payout balance.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7. Disputes Between Customers and Practitioners<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM facilitates payment but is not responsible for resolving commercial disputes between customers and practitioners about service quality, delivery, or outcomes. Where a payment dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, both parties may use our contact form at booksesh.com\/contact-us\/. We will provide reasonable assistance in facilitating communication but do not act as arbitrator.<\/p>\n<p>Where a dispute results in a refund being required, BOOKSESH.COM will process the refund in accordance with the applicable policy and recover the amount from the practitioner.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>8. Subscription Fees (Practitioners)<\/h2>\n<p>Practitioners on paid subscription plans are charged a recurring subscription fee. This fee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>is billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup<\/li>\n<li>renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date<\/li>\n<li>is non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, except where required by law<\/li>\n<li>may change with 30 days&#8217; notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Practitioners retain access to paid features until that date.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>9. Changes to Fees<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM may change its platform fee rates or subscription pricing. We will provide 30 days&#8217; advance notice to affected practitioners via email. The new rates will apply to bookings made on or after the effective date.<\/p>\n<p>Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of a fee change constitutes acceptance.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>10. FCA and Regulatory Position<\/h2>\n<p>Payment collection on BOOKSESH.COM is facilitated through a regulated payment service provider authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>To participate in the referral programme and earn rewards, you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>hold an active BOOKSESH.COM customer account in good standing<\/li>\n<li>share your personal referral link genuinely and in accordance with these terms<\/li>\n<li>not be the person who makes the qualifying booking (you cannot refer yourself)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The person you refer must be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a new BOOKSESH.COM customer who has not previously held a BOOKSESH.COM account<\/li>\n<li>not a member of your immediate household<\/li>\n<li>making their first paid booking through BOOKSESH.COM using your referral link<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM reserves the right to determine whether an account qualifies as genuinely new and whether a referral meets the eligibility criteria.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. How to Participate<\/h2>\n<h3>3.1 Your referral link<\/h3>\n<p>Your personal referral link is available in your account dashboard after completing a booking. Each link is unique to your account.<\/p>\n<h3>3.2 Sharing your link<\/h3>\n<p>Share your referral link directly with individuals you know personally \u2014 for example, by text message, email, or private social media message. You must not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>post your referral link on public discount or voucher code websites<\/li>\n<li>use paid advertising to promote your referral link<\/li>\n<li>send mass or unsolicited communications containing your referral link<\/li>\n<li>misrepresent BOOKSESH.COM or its services when sharing your link<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.3 When a reward is earned<\/h3>\n<p><strong>A reward is earned when:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A new customer clicks your referral link and visits BOOKSESH.COM<\/li>\n<li>They create an account and make a qualifying paid booking within the valid referral window<\/li>\n<li>Their booking is completed and payment is confirmed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Reward eligibility is determined solely by BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s tracking systems.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>4. The Reward<\/h2>\n<h3>4.1 What you receive<\/h3>\n<p>When a qualifying referral converts, you will receive a reward coupon that can be applied toward a future booking on BOOKSESH.COM. The value of the reward coupon is as displayed in your account at the time of the referral.<\/p>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM may change the reward value for future referrals at any time. The reward applicable to any individual referral is the value displayed in your account at the time your referral link was generated or shared.<\/p>\n<h3>4.2 Pending period<\/h3>\n<p>After a qualifying booking is confirmed, your reward enters a pending period of approximately six weeks. This period exists to allow for the possibility of cancellation or refund of the referred booking. Your reward will not be issued until the pending period has elapsed and the referred booking remains valid.<\/p>\n<p>If the referred booking is cancelled or refunded during the pending period, no reward will be issued.<\/p>\n<h3>4.3 How you receive your reward<\/h3>\n<p>Once the pending period has passed, your reward coupon will be issued to you by email at the address registered to your BOOKSESH.COM account.<\/p>\n<h3>4.4 Reward validity<\/h3>\n<p>Reward coupons have an expiry date, which is stated in the reward email. Expired coupons cannot be reinstated. We recommend using your reward promptly.<\/p>\n<h3>4.5 Reward restrictions<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Reward coupons:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>apply to bookings on the BOOKSESH.COM platform only<\/li>\n<li>cannot be exchanged for cash<\/li>\n<li>cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly permitted<\/li>\n<li>are single-use \u2014 applying a coupon to a booking that is subsequently cancelled does not reinstate the coupon<\/li>\n<li>cannot be transferred to another account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5. Limits<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>One reward per qualifying new customer referred \u2014 you will not receive multiple rewards if the same person makes multiple bookings<\/li>\n<li>There is no limit on the number of different new customers you may refer, subject to these terms and our fair use policy<\/li>\n<li>BOOKSESH.COM reserves the right to apply reasonable limits on referral rewards at any time with notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>6. Fraud and Misuse<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM takes referral fraud seriously. The following actions constitute misuse and will result in reward cancellation, account suspension, or both:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>creating multiple accounts to generate self-referrals<\/li>\n<li>colluding with others to generate artificial referrals (e.g. referring known accounts with no intention of genuine booking activity)<\/li>\n<li>using automated tools or bots to generate referral activity<\/li>\n<li>sharing referral links through spam, unsolicited messages, or paid channels<\/li>\n<li>any attempt to manipulate the referral system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM may investigate suspicious referral activity and withhold or void rewards pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, we reserve the right to recover the value of any rewards already issued by deducting them from account credits or future bookings.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7. Tax<\/h2>\n<p>Referral rewards are issued as booking coupons, not cash. BOOKSESH.COM does not consider these rewards to constitute taxable income, but you are responsible for understanding and complying with your own tax obligations. Changes to the Programme<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral programme at any time with reasonable notice. Programme Suspension and Termination<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM may suspend your participation in the referral programme or cancel outstanding rewards if you breach these terms, your <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#termsofservice\">Terms of Service<\/a>, or our Acceptable Use Policy, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>10. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s liability in connection with the referral programme is limited to the face value of any reward coupon that was validly earned but not issued due to a BOOKSESH.COM error. Commission is paid as a percentage of the referred practitioner&#8217;s subscription payments, subject to the limits and conditions set out in these terms.<\/p>\n<p>This is a commercial arrangement between BOOKSESH.COM and you as an independent business. It is not employment, and participation does not change your status as an independent practitioner on the platform.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. How Commission Is Earned<\/h2>\n<h3>4.1 Qualifying referral<\/h3>\n<p><strong>A commission-eligible referral occurs when:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A new practitioner clicks your affiliate link and visits BOOKSESH.COM<\/li>\n<li>They create a practitioner account and subscribe to a paid BOOKSESH.COM plan<\/li>\n<li>Their subscription payment is successfully processed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The referred practitioner must be genuinely new to BOOKSESH.COM \u2014 they must not have previously held a BOOKSESH.COM account, be connected to your business, or be the same individual as you.<\/p>\n<h3>4.2 Commission rate<\/h3>\n<p>Your commission rate is calculated as a percentage of each qualifying subscription payment made by the referred practitioner. The applicable rate depends on your affiliate tier, which is determined by your total number of active paid referrals at the time of each payment.<\/p>\n<p>Commission rates and tier thresholds are displayed in your affiliate dashboard and are subject to change with 30 days&#8217; notice.<\/p>\n<h3>4.3 Recurring commission window<\/h3>\n<p>Commission is payable on qualifying subscription payments made by the referred practitioner for a maximum of three consecutive months from the date of their first paid subscription. After this window closes, no further commission is payable in respect of that referral, regardless of whether the referred practitioner remains subscribed.<\/p>\n<h3>4.4 What does not qualify<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Commission is not payable on:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>free trial periods or introductory promotional plans<\/li>\n<li>subscription plans that are subsequently refunded or charged back<\/li>\n<li>referrals where the referred practitioner is connected to your business, household, or under your direction<\/li>\n<li>referrals generated through prohibited promotion methods (see Section 6)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5. Commission Tiers<\/h2>\n<p>Your commission rate increases as you successfully refer more active paying practitioners. Tier thresholds and corresponding rates are displayed in your affiliate dashboard and updated in real time.<\/p>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM reserves the right to adjust commission rates and tier thresholds with 30 days&#8217; notice. Adjustments will apply to new subscription payments from the effective date; they will not retroactively affect commissions already earned.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>6. Permitted and Prohibited Promotion<\/h2>\n<h3>6.1 You may promote BOOKSESH.COM through<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>your own website, blog, or social media profiles<\/li>\n<li>email communications to people who have consented to receive them from you<\/li>\n<li>direct personal recommendations<\/li>\n<li>your existing professional networks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6.2 You must not<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>use paid advertising (including paid social or search advertising) to promote your affiliate link without BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s prior written consent<\/li>\n<li>post your affiliate link on public voucher or discount code aggregator websites<\/li>\n<li>send spam or unsolicited commercial communications<\/li>\n<li>misrepresent BOOKSESH.COM, its pricing, its features, or its relationship with you<\/li>\n<li>claim or imply that you are an employee, representative, or official partner of BOOKSESH.COM (beyond being a registered affiliate)<\/li>\n<li>make promotional claims that cannot be substantiated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6.3 ASA compliance and disclosure<\/h3>\n<p>You must comply with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance on online reviews and endorsements. This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>clearly disclosing that your promotion of BOOKSESH.COM is a commercial arrangement \u2014 any post, review, video, or content that promotes BOOKSESH.COM through your affiliate link must include a clear disclosure such as &#8220;#ad&#8221;, &#8220;affiliate link&#8221;, or &#8220;I earn a commission if you sign up through this link&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>not presenting paid promotions as independent personal opinions without disclosure<\/li>\n<li>ensuring all claims made about BOOKSESH.COM are accurate and capable of substantiation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Failure to comply with ASA\/CMA disclosure requirements is your responsibility and may result in removal from the affiliate programme.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7. Commission Payments<\/h2>\n<h3>7.1 Payout status<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Affiliate commission payouts are not yet active. Commission is being tracked and accrued in your affiliate dashboard. We will notify all affiliate members before payouts are enabled and confirm the payment process at that time.<\/p>\n<h3>7.2 Future payout process<\/h3>\n<p>When payouts are enabled, commission will be paid to your registered payout account on a schedule to be confirmed. A minimum payout threshold will apply \u2014 balances below this threshold will accumulate until the threshold is reached.<\/p>\n<h3>7.3 Taxes and reporting<\/h3>\n<p>You are solely responsible for declaring and accounting for affiliate commission income in accordance with your tax obligations, including self-assessment income tax and VAT where applicable. BOOKSESH.COM does not provide tax advice. We may be required to report commission payments to HMRC in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n<h3>7.4 Commission disputes<\/h3>\n<p>If you believe your commission has been incorrectly calculated, contact us via our contact form at booksesh.com\/partners\/support\/ within 30 days of the relevant payment period. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>8. Fraud and Misuse<\/h2>\n<p>Affiliate fraud will result in immediate programme termination and forfeiture of all accrued commission. Fraudulent activity includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>self-referral (creating additional accounts under different identities to generate commission)<\/li>\n<li>fabricated referrals or colluding with others to generate artificial sign-ups<\/li>\n<li>using automated tools or bots to generate referral activity<\/li>\n<li>providing false information about BOOKSESH.COM to attract sign-ups<\/li>\n<li>incentivising sign-ups through cash payments or gifts funded by your commission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM may audit affiliate activity at any time. Accrued commission may be withheld pending investigation where fraud is suspected.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>9. Intellectual Property and Brand Use<\/h2>\n<p>You may use BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s name and logo in your promotional materials in accordance with any brand guidelines we publish. You must not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>alter the BOOKSESH.COM logo or branding<\/li>\n<li>use BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s branding in a way that could imply you are acting on BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s behalf<\/li>\n<li>register domain names or social media handles that incorporate the BOOKSESH.COM name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>10. Programme Changes and Termination<\/h2>\n<h3>10.1 BOOKSESH.COM may change the programme<\/h3>\n<p>We may modify commission rates, tier thresholds, eligibility criteria, or any other aspect of the programme with 30 days&#8217; notice. We may discontinue the programme entirely with 60 days&#8217; notice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If the programme is discontinued:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your affiliate link will stop generating new commission-eligible referrals from the discontinuation date<\/li>\n<li>commission earned and confirmed before discontinuation will be paid in the normal course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>10.2 Termination by BOOKSESH.COM<\/h3>\n<p><strong>We may remove you from the affiliate programme immediately if you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>breach these terms or your <a href=\"\/partners\/terms\/#partnerpractitionerterms\">Partner &amp; Practitioner Terms<\/a><\/li>\n<li>engage in fraudulent activity<\/li>\n<li>violate ASA\/CMA advertising standards<\/li>\n<li>allow your practitioner account to lapse or be suspended<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On termination, accrued but unpaid commission may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach on your part.<\/p>\n<h3>10.3 Termination by you<\/h3>\n<p>You may withdraw from the affiliate programme at any time by contacting us via our contact form at booksesh.com\/partners\/support\/. Commission earned up to the date of withdrawal will be paid in due course when payouts are active.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>11. Relationship Between the Parties<\/h2>\n<p>Your participation in the affiliate programme does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between you and BOOKSESH.COM. You act as an independent business when promoting BOOKSESH.COM and are solely responsible for your promotional activities and compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>12. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p>BOOKSESH.COM&#8217;s liability to you under the affiliate programme is limited to commission that has been validly earned and confirmed but not paid due to a BOOKSESH.COM error. We are not liable for loss of anticipated commission, indirect losses, or losses arising from changes to the programme.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>13.
