Omega Hub is where the group side of the work lives: regular group cacao ceremonies, sound baths, workshops and the Reiki and shamanic courses that teach the practice, alongside private quantum sessions that layer sound, reiki and shamanic healing in one sitting. The sessions are unhurried by design. People come in carrying something; what they leave with tends to be quieter, lighter, more usable.

About Omega Hub
Omega Hub is a ceremony and training hub led by Anna. Alongside one-to-one quantum sessions, it runs the shared work: group cacao ceremonies, sound baths, the Trigger to Transformation workshop, and Reiki Level 1 and 2 and shamanic practitioner courses for people who want to learn the practice for themselves. Omega Hub is now based in West Hampstead, North London. Its Google reviews were left at its former Brent Cross studio, which Google lists as Omega Yoga & Sound bath.
