About Katie

Katie's path began at a spiritual retreat in Glastonbury, where she first encountered the Sacred Feminine and was later drawn to the sacred medicines of the forest, including Rapé made with Jurema. Afterwards, she went on to journey with the Huni Kuin people, the Txaná, where she was baptised through the sacred breath of Rapé. Since then, she has offered cacao and hape ceremonies with reverence, intention and love, creating space for people to reconnect with themselves, find grounding and deepen their connection.

Common questions

Ceremonies bring together cacao, hape (a sacred plant snuff) and, in the private session, shamanic drum healing. Above all, they are held with intention, in a space for grounding, presence and connection.

Hapé (also called rapé) is a traditional Amazonian snuff made mainly from mapacho tobacco and tree ash. It contains strong nicotine, which can raise heart rate and blood pressure, so it isn't suitable for everyone. Please don't take hapé if you are: pregnant or breastfeeding, or under 18; living with high blood pressure, a heart condition, epilepsy or a seizure disorder; living with severe asthma or another significant lung, nasal or sinus condition; taking antidepressants (such as MAOIs or SSRIs), stimulants, or medication that affects your heart or blood pressure. Hapé can make you feel light-headed, so you'll stay seated during and after, and you shouldn't drive straight afterwards. If you take prescription medication or manage a long-term health condition, please consult your doctor or a clinician experienced in plant medicines before taking part. Please tell Katie about any health conditions or medication when you book. You're always welcome to join the cacao part of the ceremony without hapé.

The private Cacao ceremony with Hape (1-1) lasts 60 minutes and costs £65, with drum healing included. The Cacao ceremony and Hape (Group), however, lasts 180 minutes and costs £45 per person, held together with others.

Yes. The Women's drum and cacao ceremony is a 120-minute group session priced at £40, bringing together drum and cacao in a space held especially for women.
